Sustainability
and Our Approach
Sustainability can’t be achieved with mere specific actions. It requires a holistic approach. We along with our partners are working hand in hand trying to develop an ecosystem which will lead us towards a green and sustainable supply chain system. We are adopting and encouraging various methods to move forward in this journey.
Virtual Garments
We are using new technology and tools to promote virtual sampling for design and fits at first stage. Design and fit is being reviewed virtually, Once it is approved after making necessary changes, it can go for physical sampling.
Benefits of virtual sampling are a many.
- Unlimited fabrics and color choices
- No limit for changes and modifications
- Drastic reduction in physical sampling
- Make changes to sample as needed
- Save energy, time and labor
Responsible sourcing
We, along with all our stockholders, are committed to maintain a responsible sourcing policy. From sourcing organic and sustainable raw materials to an ethical production practice we ensure everything is within our sustainable ecosystem approach.
Recycling and Reusing
While textile production is considered to be responsible for 3-10% CO2 emissions due to its several industrial processes which consumes water, energy and create pollution, we always look forward to reducing the process.
We tied up with CYCLO to rethink recycling and make new fabrics from recycled yarns. It gives our sustainability ecosystem a huge boost by saving time, energy and environment.
Saving water to
save life
Our production partners use the latest technologies like eFlow & Ozone wash which ensures up to 90% water saving during dyeing and washing. We always use chemicals which require less water and are more environmentally friendly during washing.
Sustainable Working Environment
It’s not only production, we practice sustainability at our work place. We are always committed towards a green future and always maintain the ecosystem we have developed.
Our approach includes
- Using maximum amount of daylight in our office
- Minimalistic approach in our every work process
- Less paper more digital communication
- Minimal usage of plastic.
- All water bottles in office are either of glass or steel.
